Sour Mango           – 1 cubed
Oil                          – 2 tsp
Mustard seeds      – 1 tsp
Jaggery                 – 1 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder – 1 1/2 tsp or as needed

Step by step method to make sweet and sour mango pickle

1.Cut mango into cubes.Marinate cubed mango with salt and red chilli powder,keep it aside for 30 min

2.In a pressure cooker add oil,when oil gets hot toss mustard seeds.Mustard seeds start to crackle now add marinated mango to it with half glass of water

3.Pressure cook for 1 whistle ,when pressure release on its own open lid .If there is more water again cook mango in high flame without closing lid to make pickle thick as shown in pic

4.Serve with hot sambar rice,rotis ,bread
