Samosa Chaat recipe|Samosa chaat


Refer link – Punjabi samosa – 4 samosa
Refer link – sweet chutney 
Thickt yogurt – 3 tsp , Sugar – 1/2 tsp
Boiled channa – 1/4 cup
Onion – 1/8 cup
Tomato – 1/8 cup
Coriander leaves – garnishing
Red chilli powder – pinch

Green chutney

Mint leaves – 1/4 cup
Coriander leaves – 1/4 cup
Green chilli – 3
Lemon juice – 1 big lemon
Ginger – 1 small piece
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Water – 1/8 cup

Step by step mthod to make Samosa chaat

1.Refer link to make samosa

2.Mix  Yogurt with sugar,Beat well with spoon and keep it aside

3.Grind all ingredients for  green chutney in mixie ,make thick chutney

4.Soak channa overnight .Pressure cook for 4 whistle with salt.Transfer it to pan,cook with red chilli powder.Make it little semi thick gravy .Keep it aside

5.In a plate make pieces of samosa




6.Add spicy channa on top of itchanna4


7.Then add couple of spoon green chutney,sweet chutney,sweet yogurt one by one on top

8.Top up with onion,tomato


9.Garnish with coriander leaves ,sprinkle some red chilli powder


10.Serve with lemon




1.We can add boiled chana to it without adding any spices
